What is the ReStore Mall?

The ReStore Mall is a service provided to insureds to help make replacing lost or damaged items easier. As an insured, you have access to the discounts and offers provided.

What are the system requirements for the site?

The ReStore Mall supports Windows XP, Vista, and 7; and Mac OS 10.x. You can browse the site using Internet Explorer 6.0+, Firefox 1.5+, Google Chrome 3.0+ and Safari 4.0+.

How does ReStore Mall work?

The ReStore Mall allows you to search for specific products or view a list of retailers and retailer offers that can help you save money. Simply select a product or offer, review the offer details (including coupon code if needed) and continue to the retailer’s site to make your purchase.

What form or method of payment can I use?

The ReStore Mall provides you with links, discounts, and coupon codes to hundreds of retailers nationwide. Your purchase transactions will take place on the websites of those retailers, so you may use any form of payment allowed by those retailers. Most retailers accept all major credit cards. Some accept other forms of payment, such as PayPal.

How do I get my discount?

Retailer discounts are either applied through a coupon code you need to input at checkout, or they are automatically applied by the retailer. The interstitial page (the page that appears after clicking the product or offer) provides the information to tell you if need a coupon code.

Why don’t I see a discount?

Retailer discounts often include specific exclusions or have other limitations, like minimum purchase amount. Please check the specific details of the offer. Also, remember that discounts are generally only seen in the shopping cart after the promotion code has been entered. They are generally not visible on the product description page (where you will see the regular price).

Why didn’t the product link take me to the product on the retailer’s site?

For some retailers, where discounts are applied automatically, we are required to direct all users to a specific landing page. From that page you can enter the specific product that was identified in the ReStore Mall. The discount will then be applied when you put this item in your cart (if the item is not on the offer exclusion list). We are working with these retailers to enable a direct link to their products without requiring this additional step.

Please contact the customer service departments of the retailers from which you made your purchases directly for help with changes, cancellations, or returns.

What do I do if a discount is not applied even after I enter in the coupon code?

Send a note to customerservice@restoremall.com with the name of the product, the name of the retailer, and the coupon code, and we’ll look into it. We can let you know if the discount should be applied or if there is a reason for it not applying.

What do I do if a link from the ReStore Mall doesn’t work?

Send a note to customerservice@restoremall.com with the name of the product or store you clicked on, and what you saw and we’ll look into it. We will get back to you with an answer within 1 business day.

Tips for using Product Search

  • Too many results? Try adding more words to your search query, or try filtering your results using the options on the left side of the page (specific price ranges, vendors, categories, etc.)
  • Too few results? Try a less-specific search query (for example, try changing “1080p High Definition Plasma Television” to just “Plasma TV”.)
  • Not the results you’re expecting? Try a different term. Searching for “sofa,” for example, might return very different products from a search for “couch.” Please provide us feedback on your search experience and we will continue to enhance this capability.
